Jax Metro Credit Union offers a state of the art internet access site for all your credit union accounts.

To access Home Banking, click on the Home Banking logo in the upper right corner of the Jax Metro website at You will need your account number and password to login.  If you need to assistance with logging in, please call 360-5100.

What are the requirements for using Jax Metro’s Internet Banking service?

  • A personal computer with Windows® XP or Windows® 7.0 or higher version; an Apple Macintosh® computer with OS 7.01 or a higher version.
  • You will also need a connection to the Internet
  • A recommended browser installed on your computer:
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or later (with 128- bit encryption)
  • Netscape Communicator/ Navigator 6.2 or higher (with 128-bit encryption)
  • Macintosh-Netscape 6.0 or Safari 5.0 or higher (with 128-bit encryption)
  • At least one account with our credit union.

Can other people access my financial information?

No. Only you can log-on to your accounts through E-Banking. All of your banking information
is kept on our computers and information transferred to your computer is done so over a secure connection.

Is the Internet safe to transmit my banking information?

Yes, we use 128-bit encryption, or better: Secure Socket Layer 3.0 (SSL) for all communications.

What accounts will I be able to access?

You will be able to see all accounts for which you are the primary owner. You may be able to access other accounts, which you are a joint owner by
calling and making an individual request for those additional accounts. Before calling you must have already made initial application for access
to your primary accounts. See how to apply below.

What will I be able to do in e-banking?

You will be able to do the following activities from the convenience of your computer:

  • Look at all your accounts
  • Look at details of all transactions
  • Review historical detail
  • Review all balances
  • Transfer between your accounts at the credit union
  • Set up recurring transfers between your accounts at the credit union
  • Place a stop payment on any check that you issued
  • Download transactions into Quicken or Microsoft Money

If I am having trouble logging on, what might be the problem?

Your password is case sensitive. Make sure “Caps Lock” is off and try again. If you still are having a problem or have forgotten your Password,
contact us at 904-360-5100.

What do I need to know about funds transfer?

Funds transfer happen immediately.

How much past account information is available?

Up to 90 days of past account information is made available. However, there may be instances where longer time periods of information are available.

Can I download information into Quicken or Microsoft Money?

Yes. Our e-banking provides files that you can use with Quicken 2010 or later, and Microsoft Money 2010 or later.  See your “Help” feature within each product for instructions.
